Facility Management Specialist / Management Assistant (Office)

Your Responsibilities
As a future member of a small team, you will report directly to the CEO and take on various tasks related to property maintenance and its organization.
- Independent maintenance work in the garden (cutting, weeding and lawn work)
- Monitoring and control of green areas (pests, diseases, irrigation etc.)
- General planning & scheduling of work for the entire team
- Support of management in administrative tasks (quotations, email correspondence etc.)
- Issuing, supervising and monitoring orders to external service providers and suppliers in compliance with costs, deadlines and quality
- Maintaining constant and active customer contact on site and contact person for technical questions
- Winter service work on call
What we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced person who is highly motivated to actively shape the next steps of a growing, young company together in a small, very family-like team.
- At least 30 years old with 5-10 years of experience in our field
- Completed training as a Facility Management Specialist (EFZ)
- Additional training in commercial area (Commercial Diploma / Higher Business Diploma / Technical Business Administrator)
- Experience in office work, especially scheduling
- Responsible, loyal and reliable personality
- Extremely conscientious and independent work style
- Very good oral language skills in German
- Good oral and written language skills in English
- Clean criminal record
- Category B driving license
